Berenike the Flash was a Megarian mercenary who operated in Greece during the Peloponnesian War.
Biography[]
Once known as Berenike of Pagai, she lived for the thrill of hunting. She soon swore an oath to Atalanta that she would never marry if she could gain a fraction of her speed. Her prayers were answered, for her feet became blur whenever she landed a devastating blow to an enemy.
During the war, Berenike crossed paths with the Spartan misthios Kassandra the Eagle Bearer. In the end she was either killed or recruited into the Adrestia's crew.
